How much does a house cleaner cost in North Vancouver?
General cleaning is $32 per hour per team member, deep cleaning $36, move-out $40 and carpet shampooing $42. A typical two-bedroom North Vancouver condo on recurring maintenance takes one cleaner about three hours; a four-bedroom house on a first deep clean usually needs a two-person team for four to five hours. The total depends on size, condition and how long since the last professional clean. We confirm a fixed estimate before we start, and it does not change on the day.
What will a cleaner do in three hours?
Three hours covers a solid maintenance clean of a one or two-bedroom home: both bathrooms fully sanitized, the kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, all floors vacuumed and washed, surfaces dusted and touchpoints disinfected. It is not enough time for inside appliances, baseboards or behind furniture — that is a deep clean, and it needs a longer first visit.
How soon can you start cleaning my North Vancouver home?
For most North Shore addresses we can schedule a first visit within three to five business days, and sooner for recurring slots that open up. Move-out cleans usually need a week of notice because they take a larger team for longer. Call or send the form and we will tell you the earliest real date, not an optimistic one.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our North Vancouver clients give us a key, a lockbox code or building fob access, and come back to a finished home. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too. Either way you get a completion note listing what was done.
What is the difference between general and deep cleaning?
General cleaning maintains a home that is already in good shape: visible surfaces, floors, bathrooms and kitchen, without moving heavy furniture. Deep cleaning corrects built-up grime: inside appliances, baseboards, mouldings, grout and hard-to-reach areas. If it has been more than three months since a professional clean, start with a deep clean and maintain from there.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with eco-premium products, professional equipment and specialist cloths for delicate surfaces, screens and electronics. If you prefer we use your own products — common with allergies or specific stone and hardwood finishes — just tell us when booking.
Do you serve West Vancouver and Deep Cove as well?
Yes. We cover the City and District of North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and everything from Lower Lonsdale through Lynn Valley, Edgemont, Capilano, Seymour and Deep Cove. Travel is included in the quote — no separate call-out fee for the North Shore.
