Do you serve rural properties and acreage?
Yes, including Whonnock, Ruskin, Websters Corners and Silver Valley. Larger and rural properties are quoted with the team size and hours shown so you can see how the number was built. Access and parking are never charged as extras.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with eco-premium products, professional equipment and specialist cloths for delicate surfaces, screens and electronics, all included in the hourly rate. If you prefer we use your own products — common with allergies or specific stone and hardwood finishes — just tell us when booking.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
