Why we do not charge more further out
Distance is our problem, not yours
We route teams so travel sits inside the working day. Passing that on as a surcharge would just be charging you for our scheduling.
Teams live across the region
Our cleaners are spread across Metro Vancouver, so most jobs are covered by a team that already works nearby.
No minimum outside the city
A two-hour clean in Langley is booked on the same terms as a two-hour clean downtown.
Same insurance everywhere
Full liability cover and bonding on every visit, in every city, included in the hourly rate.

Do you charge extra to travel to my city?
No. The same rates apply in Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley, Delta and Maple Ridge. There is no call-out fee, no fuel surcharge and no minimum booking outside the city. General cleaning is $32 per hour, per cleaner, everywhere.
How soon can you get to my area?
Three to five business days for a first visit across most of the region, in the 3–6 pm block. We work Monday to Saturday in three-hour blocks, and the morning blocks for the next month belong to clients on a weekly or fortnightly schedule; from a month out you can choose the morning instead. Move-out cleans usually need about a week because they take a larger team for longer, especially at the end of the month when leases turn over. The calendar on this page shows the real dates, not optimistic ones.
My street is not on your list. Do you cover it?
Almost certainly. The neighbourhoods listed are the ones we work in most often, not a boundary. If you are inside Metro Vancouver, send us the address and we will confirm the same day. Outside the region we will tell you honestly rather than take a booking we cannot service well.
Do you serve all cities with every service?
Yes. Recurring, deep, move-out, carpet and the Premium full reset are all available region-wide at the same rates. Commercial work is quoted per site, and we cover the same area for it.
Can the same team clean two properties in different cities?
Yes, and it is common with landlords and families with two homes. We schedule them to keep the same cleaners on both where we can, and you get one quote covering both addresses.
