How our team documents before-and-after results when you book any Clean House Vancouver service — and the privacy commitments that protect you.
Our staff enter your home only by your authorization
When you book any Clean House Vancouver service — General, Deep, Carpet or Premium — you authorize our vetted, background-checked cleaning professionals to enter and work in your home for the sole purpose of performing the service you requested. Every team member is insured, identified and bound by confidentiality.
📸 Before-and-after photo & video authorization
As part of every service, and especially our Premium line, our cleaning staff are authorized to take photographs and short videos of your home before and after the work. This documentation exists for one reason only: to verify and demonstrate the quality of the results to you, the client.
This is a client-to-service-provider record. It is never a marketing asset. By contracting our services you acknowledge and authorize this before-and-after documentation.

- Take before & after photos/videos strictly to record results
- Use them only to show you the quality delivered
- Keep them for internal quality-control between client and provider
- Store them securely and confidentially
- Delete or hand them over at your request
What we will never do
- Use your images for advertising or marketing
- Publish them on social media or our website
- Share, disclose or sell them to any third party
- Show your home or belongings to anyone outside our team
- Reuse them for any purpose beyond your results
Private by default, internal use only
Secure storage
Images are stored on secured, access-controlled systems and handled only by authorized team members.
Client & provider only
Documentation stays strictly between you and Clean House Vancouver — never exposed to outside parties.
Your control
You may request a copy, or ask us to delete your before-and-after files, at any time.
In line with Canadian privacy law
We handle your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (BC PIPA). This means:
- We collect before-and-after images only for the identified, limited purpose of documenting results.
- We do not use or disclose them for any other purpose without your consent.
- We keep them only as long as needed for quality assurance, then securely dispose of them.
- You have the right to access, review or request deletion of your images.
