How much does house cleaning cost for a large Surrey home?
The rate is the same everywhere: $32 per hour, per cleaner for general cleaning. What changes with a larger home is the hours and the team. A three-bedroom house on recurring cleaning usually takes two cleaners about three hours, around $160; a four-bedroom move-out takes three cleaners about six hours, around $320. You get the team size, the hours and the total in writing before we start.
Do you clean basement suites separately?
Yes, and it is common in Surrey. If you rent out a suite we can quote and invoice it separately from the main house, which is what you need when a tenant pays for their own move-out clean. Tell us at booking and we set it up that way from the start.
Do you serve Cloverdale and South Surrey?
Yes, along with Fleetwood, Guildford, Newton, Panorama Ridge, Morgan Creek, Grandview Heights, Clayton Heights, Fraser Heights and White Rock. The rate is identical across all of them: no call-out fee and no minimum outside the city.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive with eco-premium products, professional equipment and specialist cloths for delicate surfaces, screens and electronics, all included in the hourly rate. If you prefer we use your own products — common with allergies or specific stone and hardwood finishes — just tell us when booking.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our Surrey clients give us a key, a lockbox code or building fob access, and come back to a finished home. Keys are logged, never labelled with your address, held by named employees and returned whenever you ask. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too.
