Airbnb cleaning in Vancouver

Same-day turnovers between guests from $32 per hour, per cleaner: linens changed, consumables restocked and a photo check so the suite matches your listing. We build the visit backwards from your check-in time.

  • A turnover is not a house clean: it has a hard deadline, and missing it costs you a review
  • Photos of the finished suite sent to you, so you can verify from anywhere
  • Damage, breakages and anything left behind reported before the next guest arrives

The turnover window

Eleven o’clock to four, and no second chance

Standard Vancouver check-out is 11am and check-in is 3 or 4pm. Everything below happens inside that window, and we schedule backwards from your check-in rather than forwards from ours.

11:00

Guest out, we are in

Same-day arrival, not “sometime in the afternoon”. The first pass is a walkthrough: damage, breakages and anything left behind, photographed and sent to you.

11:20

Strip and restock

All linens and towels stripped, fresh set made up to hotel standard, consumables replaced: paper, soap, coffee, whatever is on your list.

13:00

Full clean

Kitchen, bathroom, floors and surfaces, plus the things guests notice and owners forget: inside the microwave, the fridge, under the bed.

14:30

Photo check and out

Photos of every room sent to you before we leave, so you can confirm the suite matches your listing without being in the city.

Back-to-back bookings are the whole problem. Tell us your check-in time when you book and we build the slot around it. If two of your units turn over the same day, say so — we schedule them as one route rather than two separate visits. A turnover is also the one job where a flat rate beats an hourly one, because it is the same suite and the same checklist every time.

What a turnover includes

What guests notice, and what owners forget

A turnover follows a different list from a house clean. Pick an area to see it.

Bed made with fresh linen in a Vancouver short-term rental

Beds & linens

Bed linen is what a guest touches first and reviews hardest. Made to hotel standard, not domestic.

  • All linen stripped and replaced
  • Beds made to hotel standard
  • Under the bed checked and vacuumed
  • Used linen bagged for your laundry service
Bathroom with fresh towels prepared for a guest in a Vancouver rental

Bathroom & restocking

A single hair in a shower is the most common one-star complaint in short-term rentals anywhere. It gets checked, not assumed.

  • Fully sanitised, glass and tracks included
  • Fresh towels folded and set out
  • Paper, soap and amenities restocked
  • Drains and corners checked
Kitchenette reset between guests in a Vancouver short-term rental

Kitchen & living space

Guests open the fridge and the microwave on arrival. Those two get done every turnover, not on a schedule.

  • Inside fridge and microwave, every time
  • Dishes, glassware and cutlery checked
  • Counters, hob and sink
  • Surfaces reset to your listing photos
Finished short-term rental suite photographed before the next guest arrives

Report & photo check

You are often not in the city. The report is how you manage the property without being in it.

  • Photos of every room before we leave
  • Damage and breakages flagged with images
  • Items left behind logged and set aside
  • Low stock reported before you run out

Turnover prices in Vancouver

Always rate × cleaners × hours, at $32 per hour, per cleaner. A studio or one-bedroom turnover is usually one cleaner for two to three hours.

UnitBillable hoursTotal
Studio or 1 bed — standard turnover3 h $96
2 bed suite — standard turnover4 h $128
3 bed house — standard turnover5 h $160

Laundry is quoted separately: we can bag linen for your service, or wash and return it if the unit has a machine. A seasonal deep clean at $36 per hour is worth booking two or three times a year, because things a turnover window cannot reach do build up.  See deep cleaning

Why Clean House Vancouver

What protects your rating

The same cleaners on your unit

They learn where the spare linen lives, which cupboard the coffee goes in and how your listing photos are staged. A new crew each time undoes that.

Photo check before every check-in

You see the finished suite before the guest does, even from another country. It is also your evidence if a guest claims a problem that was not there.

No weekend premium

Most turnovers are Friday to Sunday. Charging extra for exactly when you need us would be charging you for your own business model.

Keys, lockboxes and fobs

Logged, never labelled with the address, held by named employees. Building fob access and loading-bay bookings handled without you.

Insured and bonded

Full cover on every visit. Our cleaners are employees, background-checked, not a rotating pool of subcontractors with access to your property.

24-hour fix

If a guest flags something we missed, tell us and we return at no charge. On a listing, one bad review costs more than a year of cleaning.

Areas we serve

Turnovers across Metro Vancouver

Downtown, the West End, Yaletown, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, the North Shore and Richmond. Same rate everywhere.

Answers

Airbnb turnovers in Vancouver: your questions

How much does an Airbnb turnover cost in Vancouver?

$32 per hour, per cleaner. A studio or one-bedroom turnover is usually one cleaner for about three hours, around $96; a two-bedroom suite about four hours, around $128; a three-bedroom house two cleaners for about three hours, around $160. Laundry is quoted separately depending on whether we bag it for your service or wash it on site.

Can you turn the unit over the same day between guests?

Yes, that is the normal case. Vancouver check-out is usually 11am and check-in 3 or 4pm, and we schedule backwards from your check-in rather than forwards from our own day. Tell us the check-in time at booking. If two of your units turn over the same day, say so and we route them together instead of as two separate visits.

Do you change the linen and restock supplies?

Yes. All linen and towels stripped and replaced with a fresh set, beds made to hotel standard, and consumables restocked from whatever list you give us: paper, soap, coffee, amenities. Used linen is bagged for your laundry service, or washed and returned if the unit has a machine. We also tell you when stock is running low, before you run out mid-season.

How do I know the suite is actually ready?

We photograph every room before leaving and send them to you, so you can confirm the suite matches your listing without being in the city. Those photos are also your evidence if a guest later claims a problem that was not there when we finished. The images are handled under our photo policy and never used for anything else.

What happens if a guest damages something or leaves things behind?

The first thing we do on arrival is a walkthrough, before touching anything. Damage and breakages are photographed and sent to you immediately, which is what you need for a claim and what you need before the next guest arrives. Items left behind are logged and set aside rather than binned.

Do you charge more for weekends or holidays?

No, the rate is the same every day of the week. Most short-term rental turnovers happen Friday to Sunday and over long weekends, so charging a premium for exactly when you need us would just be charging you for your own business model.

Do I need a deep clean as well as the turnovers?

Two or three times a year, yes. A turnover window is a few hours with a hard deadline, so it cannot reach inside the oven, the grout, the baseboards or behind the furniture. Those do build up over a busy season. A seasonal deep clean at $36 per hour resets the unit, and in a short-term rental the condition of the property is directly your rating.

Which areas do you cover for short-term rentals?

All of Metro Vancouver at the same rate, with most of our turnover work in downtown Vancouver, the West End, Yaletown, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, the North Shore and Richmond. No travel surcharge and no minimum outside the city.

Ready before the next guest arrives

Tell us the unit and your check-in time. You get a fixed per-turnover total in writing, usually the same day.

Or call (604) 754-8039 — we answer the same day.
