Do you clean condos in Metrotown and Brentwood towers?
Yes, and tower condos are a large part of what we do in Burnaby. We book the loading bay with your building, handle fob or concierge access and work around strata rules on cleaning hours. You do not need to be home and you do not need to arrange anything with the building yourself: tell us the address and we deal with it.
How soon can you clean my Burnaby home?
Three to five business days for a first visit, in the 3–6 pm block. We work Monday to Saturday in three-hour blocks, and the morning blocks for the next month belong to Burnaby clients on a weekly or fortnightly schedule; from a month out you can choose the morning instead. Move-out cleans usually need about a week because they take a larger team for longer, especially at the end of the month when leases turn over. No. Most of our Burnaby clients give us a key, a lockbox code or building fob access, and come back to a finished home. Keys are logged, never labelled with your address, held by named employees and returned whenever you ask. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too.
