Pick the cadence, see the real cost
Totals for a two-bedroom condo: one cleaner, about four hours a visit, at $32 per hour, per cleaner. Bigger homes take longer, not more per hour.
Weekly
Families with children or pets, and homes where the kitchen and bathrooms get heavy daily use. Nothing ever builds up, so each visit is the shortest.
$128per visitBiweekly
The cadence most Vancouver homes settle on. Long enough to be worth it, short enough that the home never slips back to needing a deep clean.
$128per visitMonthly
Couples, single occupants and tidy households. Expect each visit to take a little longer than a biweekly one, because more has accumulated.
$128per visitOne-off
Before guests, after a party, or to try us out. Same rate, no commitment. Most recurring clients started here.
$128per visitThe rate does not change with frequency — what changes is how long each visit takes. A weekly home is faster to clean than a monthly one, so weekly often costs less per month than people expect. We have published how long a clean takes for every home size, from a studio to 5,000 sq ft. Worked examples by home size
The same written checklist, every single time
The result should not depend on who shows up that day. Pick a room to see what is on the list.
Kitchen
Surfaces, fronts and floors on every visit. Inside the appliances is deep-clean work and is quoted separately if you want it.
- Counters, splashback and sink
- Appliance exteriors, hob and hood
- Cabinet fronts and handles
- Floors vacuumed and washed to the edges
Bathrooms
Vancouver damp means limescale and mould start fast. Catching them every visit is what keeps a bathroom from ever needing a deep clean.
- Toilets, basins, showers and tubs
- Tiles, grout lines and corners
- Glass, tracks and fittings descaled
- Mirrors and chrome polished
Bedrooms & living areas
Dust is what people actually notice. Tops of frames and shelves are on the list, not just what sits at eye level.
- All reachable surfaces dusted, tops included
- Floors vacuumed and washed
- Beds made or linens changed on request
- Touchpoints disinfected
What is not included
Said plainly, so there is never a conversation about it afterwards. Any of these can be added — you just see the number first.
- Inside the oven and fridge
- Baseboards, frames and grout detailing
- Interior windows beyond reachable glass
- Carpet extraction, laundry, organizing
Why the same team matters more than anything
The same cleaners, every visit
They learn which surfaces are delicate, where the dog sleeps and what you care about. That knowledge is the whole value of a recurring service, and it is lost every time the crew changes.
A written checklist
Agreed on the first visit and followed on every one after. You know what was done and what to flag.
No contract, no minimum
Clients stay because the team keeps showing up, not because they signed something. Skip with 48 hours notice at no charge.
Access without you being home
Key, lockbox code or building fob. Keys are logged, never labelled with your address, and returned whenever you ask.
Insured, bonded, vetted
Every cleaner is our employee and background-checked before entering a home. On a recurring service they will be in your home dozens of times.
24-hour re-clean
Tell us within a day and we come back at no cost. On a recurring plan that is how a small problem stops being a pattern.

Recurring cleaning in Vancouver: your questions
How often should I have my house cleaned?
Biweekly is what most Vancouver homes settle on: long enough to be worth the visit, short enough that the home never slips back to needing a deep clean. Weekly suits families with children or pets, where kitchens and bathrooms take heavy daily use. Monthly works for couples, single occupants and tidy households, though each visit takes a little longer because more has accumulated. The rate is the same either way — what changes is how long the visit takes.
Do I get the same cleaners every time?
Yes, that is the point of a recurring plan. Your assigned team learns which surfaces are delicate, where things go back and what you actually care about, and that knowledge is lost every time a crew changes. If someone is ill or on holiday we tell you in advance rather than sending a stranger unannounced.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No. Most recurring clients give us a key, a lockbox code or building fob access and come back to a finished home. Keys are logged, never labelled with your address, held by named employees, and returned whenever you ask. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too.
Is there a contract or a minimum number of visits?
Neither. There is no contract, no minimum and no cancellation fee. You can skip or reschedule a visit with 48 hours notice at no charge, and your slot is held for the next cycle. Clients stay because the same team keeps showing up, not because they signed something.
Do I need a deep clean before starting a recurring plan?
Only if it has been more than three months since the last professional clean, or if there is visible build-up inside the oven, in the grout or along the baseboards. A deep clean at $36 per hour resets the baseline, and every recurring visit afterwards is faster and therefore cheaper. We ask before quoting rather than discovering it on the day.
What is not included in a recurring visit?
Inside the oven and fridge, baseboard and grout detailing, interior windows beyond reachable glass, carpet extraction, laundry and organizing. None of it is hidden — any of it can be added to a visit, and you see the number before we do it. Everything else, including all products, equipment, travel and insurance, is in the hourly rate.
Can I change my cleaning day or frequency later?
Yes, at any time and at no charge. People move to weekly when a baby arrives and to monthly when the children leave. Tell us and we re-slot you, keeping the same team where the new schedule allows it.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes: eco-premium products, professional equipment and specialist cloths for delicate surfaces, screens and electronics, all included in the hourly rate. If you prefer we use your own products — common with allergies or specific stone and hardwood finishes — tell us at booking and the team brings only the equipment.
